1. Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen en overeenkomsten tussen Stijlvol Hout en consumenten (B2C) in Nederland via onze webshop (Shopify). Afwijkingen gelden alleen indien schriftelijk overeengekomen. De Nederlandse tekst prevaleert bij verschillen met vertalingen.
2. Aanbod & totstandkoming overeenkomst
- Wij doen er alles aan om het aanbod zo volledig en accuraat mogelijk te tonen. Kennelijke vergissingen of fouten in prijs of voorraad binden ons niet.
- De overeenkomst komt tot stand zodra je onze orderbevestiging per e-mail ontvangt.
- Wij kunnen een bestelling weigeren of annuleren bij duidelijke fouten (bijv. prijsfout) of bij vermoeden van misbruik/fraude. Eventuele betalingen worden dan teruggestort.
3. Prijzen, BTW & kortingen
- Alle prijzen zijn in euro’s en inclusief BTW, exclusief verzendkosten tenzij anders vermeld.
- Kortingscodes zijn in beginsel niet cumuleerbaar (maximaal één per bestelling), tenzij anders aangegeven.
- Bij kennelijke prijsfouten behouden wij ons het recht voor de prijs te corrigeren of de bestelling te annuleren.
4. Betaling
Je kunt betalen met iDEAL, creditcard, Klarna en PayPal. Producten blijven ons eigendom totdat volledig is betaald (eigendomsvoorbehoud). Terugbetalingen bij retouren verlopen via IBAN-bankoverschrijving conform ons retourbeleid.
5. Levering
- Levering vindt plaats binnen Nederland, op het door jou opgegeven adres.
- Vermelde levertijden zijn indicatief. Deelleveringen kunnen plaatsvinden.
- Het risico gaat over bij aflevering. Bij verkeerd of onvolledig adres door de klant kunnen extra (her)verzendkosten worden berekend.
6. Herroeping & retouren
- Wij hanteren een service-retourtermijn van 30 dagen. Zie onze retourpagina voor het volledige beleid.
- Gepersonaliseerde producten (gravure/naam/tekst) zijn uitgesloten van retour, behalve bij defect of fout aan onze kant.
- Retourzendingen zijn voor rekening en risico van de klant, tenzij het gaat om een defect of niet-conform product.
- Bij schade tijdens transport verzoeken we je dit binnen 24 uur na ontvangst te melden met foto’s (product én verpakking).
7. Conformiteit & garantie
- Je hebt recht op een deugdelijk product. Daarnaast bieden wij 12 maanden garantie op productiefouten.
- Bij een defect: neem contact op met foto’s via e-mail/WhatsApp. We kunnen vragen het product te retourneren voor beoordeling. Bij bevestigde garantie zorgen we voor reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling en vergoeden we de retour-/herverzendkosten.
- Hout is een natuurproduct; kleur, tekening en knoesten kunnen variëren en zijn op zichzelf geen gebrek.
8. Aansprakelijkheid
- Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade (gevolgschade, gederfde winst), tenzij wettelijk niet toelaatbaar.
- Onze totale aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot de totale orderwaarde van de betreffende aankoop.
- Deze beperkingen gelden niet bij opzet of grove nalatigheid en doen geen afbreuk aan dwingendrechtelijke consumentenrechten.
9. Overmacht
In geval van overmacht (waaronder o.a. storingen, stakingen, natuurrampen, transportproblemen) zijn wij niet gehouden tot nakoming zolang de overmacht voortduurt.
10. Personalisatie & door klant aangeleverde inhoud
- Je staat ervoor in dat aangeleverde teksten/beelden geen inbreuk maken op rechten van derden en niet onrechtmatig zijn.
- We gebruiken geen klantfoto’s in marketing zonder uitdrukkelijke toestemming.
- Online reviews van klanten mogen wij tonen/doorplaatsen conform de regels van het betreffende reviewplatform.
11. Intellectueel eigendom
Alle rechten op getoonde content (teksten, foto’s, ontwerpen) berusten bij Stijlvol Hout of haar licentiegevers, tenzij anders vermeld. Hergebruik zonder toestemming is niet toegestaan.

14. Slotbepalingen
Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland, tenzij dwingend recht anders voorschrijft.

1. Scope
These terms apply to all webshop orders and agreements between Stijlvol Hout and consumers in the Netherlands (B2C). Deviations apply only if agreed in writing. In case of discrepancies, the Dutch version prevails.
2. Offer & contract formation
- We strive to display our offer accurately. Obvious errors or mistakes in price or stock do not bind us.
- The contract is concluded once you receive our order confirmation by email.
- We may refuse/cancel an order in case of clear errors (e.g., pricing) or suspected fraud/misuse. Any payment will be refunded.
3. Prices, VAT & discounts
- All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Discount codes are generally not cumulative (one per order), unless stated otherwise.
- In case of an obvious pricing error, we may correct the price or cancel the order.
4. Payment
You can pay via iDEAL, credit card, Klarna and PayPal. Goods remain our property until fully paid (retention of title). Refunds for returns are processed by IBAN bank transfer in line with our returns policy.
5. Delivery
- Delivery within the Netherlands to the address provided by you.
- Indicated delivery times are indicative. Partial deliveries may occur.
- Risk passes upon delivery. If the address is incorrect/incomplete, additional (re)shipping costs may apply.
6. Withdrawal & returns
- We offer a service return period of 30 days. Please see our returns page for full details.
- Personalised items (engraving/name/text) are non-returnable, except in case of defect or our error.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s cost and risk, unless the item is defective or non-conforming.
- For transport damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos (product and packaging).
7. Conformity & warranty
- You are entitled to a product that meets the contract. We also provide a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects.
- For defects: contact us with photos via email/WhatsApp. We may ask you to return the item for assessment. If confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund and cover the return/re-shipping costs.
- Wood is natural; colour, grain and knots may vary and are not a defect by themselves.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless not permitted by law.
- Our total liability is limited to the total order value of the purchase concerned.
- These limitations do not apply in case of intent or gross negligence and do not affect mandatory consumer rights.
9. Force majeure
In a force majeure event (including but not limited to outages, strikes, natural disasters, transport issues) we are not obliged to perform while the event continues.
10. Personalisation & user content
- You warrant that provided texts/images do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful.
- We do not use customer photos in marketing without explicit consent.
- We may display online customer reviews in line with the applicable review-platform rules.
11. Intellectual property
All content (texts, photos, designs) is owned by Stijlvol Hout or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. Reuse without permission is prohibited.

14. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
